Criminal proceedings:

Defence in pre-trial criminal proceedings (Police and Office of the Prosecutor) and in courts at all levels;

Defence of persons against whom criminal proceedings have been initiated, detained persons, suspects, accused persons;

Defence of convicted persons by visiting them in prisons;

Legal assistance and representation of victims in criminal proceedings;

Legal assistance to witnesses;

Legal assistance to the owners of property infringed during criminal proceedings;

Legal assistance in proceedings regarding criminally acquired property;

Drawing up of applications, submissions, requests, complaints.

Civil proceedings:

Representation of plaintiffs, defendants and third persons before the courts;

Representation of plaintiffs and defendants before the arbitration courts;

Preparation of statements of claim, applications;

Preparation of written explanations, references, objections;

Protection of creditors' rights in insolvency proceedings;

Preparation of complaints regarding the actions of the bailiffs.

Administrative proceedings: 

Representation of submitters before the institutions;

Representation of applicants and third parties before the courts;

Appeals against administrative acts and actual action of an institution.

Administrative offences proceedings: 

Defence of persons to be held liable before the institutions and the courts;

Representation of legal persons before the institutions and the courts;

Representation of victims before the institutions and the courts.

Appeals against judgements and decisions of the courts:

Preparation of appellate complaints to the Regional Courts;

Preparation of cassation complaints to the Supreme Court of the Republic of

Latvia;

Preparation of ancillary complaints.
